Now, I'm all for having opinions about stuff that no one can prove.
However, in the face of the fact that the former FIFA President has said that the process to award Russia the tournament was unjust, you really have to worry about someone's sanity.

For the ONE HUNDRED MILLIONTH TIME (OK, maybe just the tenth time), YES Qatar being awarded any World Cup tournament ever is a travesty, BUT Russia did nothing that any previous (or future) bidder has done (or will do) to secure the bid.
Russia will host a perfectly good tournament, and certainly better than South Africa or the US&A.

That's true Eerie, but let's be honest the FA has only even partially resembled a forward thinking organisation itself over the last 10 years or so and even saying that is probably being kind to it. For far too many years it was run as an old boys network wih dusty fucks like Bert Millichip running the show.

To be honest, the FA should have took them head on years ago, it's been obvious to anyone with eyes and ears what has been going on, and it's OUR FUCKING GAME, Russia & Qatar getting the WC tournament should have been the straw that broke the camels back, but still no one done fuck all until it was too late.

i feel sorry for the project team that worked on the bid and ofcourse the fact that over 100million quid was wasted..that could have gone to much better use (understatement).
